“tear down the internet”

Sir Elton John has called for the Internet to be shut down, because it’s ruining music.

The only reason he doesn’t like the Internet is because it stops people from being creative. Oh sorry John, we’ll just flick this button here and turn off the Internet because good music isn’t being created. Who cares about the people who aren’t interested in performing arts, blah, blah, blah.

He makes some quite stupid remarks like “The internet has stopped people from going out and being with each other, creating stuff.” Excuse me, you can easily create stuff on the Internet, you can be with other people, not physically but you can still talk to them, etc.

I mean, get out there — communicate.” Communication is the Internet. Simple as that.

I’ll just leave this one on it’s own, “There’s too much technology available.”

Though this technology-hating idiot did stream his 60th birthday party live on the Internet.

Evidently, we “little people” should go outside to sing and dance with our neighbors instead of working for a living. This is not to disparage Elton John’s talent, he is objectively brilliant, but when liberals get money or power there is no telling just how pompous and ignorant they become.
